Volvo CE 2014+ ECR355E - Tier 4 Final Tuning
Emission tuning for Volvo CE 2014+ excavator ECR355E size.
There are two options for emission tuning:
1. Aftertreatment Control Emulator - this module replaces the Aftertreatment Control Module (ACM) for an easy plug-n-play install that deletes the DPF and DEF/SCR system. NOTE: The EGR and AHI (7th injector) are not deleted with the emulator
2. ECM Reflash - delete the EGR, AHI (7th injector), DPF and DEF/SCR by reflashing the ECM. A special cable is required to connect directly to your ECM. The cost of the ECM Reflash includes a fully-refundable $1500 deposit to cover the use of the special tuning cable until it is returned.
Replacement Exhausts
If you ever want to trade the machine in at the dealer or sell at an auction you likely need your emission system in its stock configuration. We manufacture free flowing replacement exhausts so you can remove and store the stock exhaust until you want go back to the stock ECM programming at some point in the future.
