TeamViewer will no longer be providing access through TeamViewer 10 in mid-2021.
J-Ball Electronics customers who have been running TeamViewer 10 for that last number of years are encouraged to update to the latest version of TeamViewer at their convenience.
J-Ball Electronics has a paid TeamViewer subscription so J-Ball Electronics customers do not need to pay to use TeamViewer.
How to update from TeamViewer 10
You should see an arrow to the right of the Help menu, when you place your cursor over the arrow it will say a new version is available.
Click this arrow to start the download, a new screen will appear over TeamViewer advising your version and the latest version available, click the Update button.
TeamViewer will close your current version, download the update files and install the latest version of TeamViewer. That’s it, you’re up to date!
